I love to co-design and facilitate transformational experiences for groups to explore their connection to self and each other.
My magic ingredient is my presence: a result of my natural qualities and decades of both self-development and live performance.
​
My presence has a calming, heart-opening effect on groups and can facilitate vulnerabilty, courage and transformational change.
​
With eight years of experience in group facilitation in a corporate environment, working with everyone from executives to graduates, and twelve years experience in group facilitation within the arts, community and not-for-profit sectors, I have an integrated and fluid knowledge of how to hold a diverse range of spaces.

I can collaborate with you to co-design group experiences and hold space for your group in a way that is sensitive and bespoke to the needs of your group.

Creative Change Makers (2023) - a three month online leadership development program for visionary creatives providing space to get clear on individual visions for change, learn regenerative ways of being and deepening their self-producing practice. Co-designed with the selected participants.

Burnout to Regeneration (2023) at the Australian Performing Arts Exchange Conference (a national arts leadership conference): co-facilitated with Joel Carnegie. A circle for arts leaders exploring the principals of regenerative leadership as a tool for moving away from burnout culture. Co-designed with co-facilitator Joel Carnegie and host, PAC Australia.

Self-Reflection Workshop for Corporate Leaders (2023): a heart-opening group deep dive into who we truly are and where are at in our life. The outcome of this workshop is a deeper sense of connection in the group and clarity on overall priority for each individual going forward. Co-designed with my host.

Burnout to Regeneration (2022) Leadership Retreat for Arts Leaders - a 3 day experience in nature with arts leaders exploring emergent topics and providing space for both connection and reflection. Co-designed with the participants.

Belonging & Relating (2022) for Centre for Regenerative Arts, Making Good Alliance: a brave dive into intercultural collaboration and exploring relational ecologies as diverse citizens living in contemporary Australia. Included art exhibition, poetry reading, storytelling, and singing. Co-designed with co-facilitator Kuweni Dias Mendis.

Self-Producing for Artists (2022): This workshop/seminar is perfect for Young Artist Programs and educates and inspires by a reframe - that self-producing is a tool for self-empowerment and change-making. This workshop shares some of the practical tools of self-producing, and dives into the change that artists may create through their own self-producing practice. Co-designed with Brisbane Music Festival.
